Inspect Indoor Coil

Check System Power Consumption & Efficiency
Replace Customer-Provided Filters

Test Heating Operation in Heating Season

Plumbing Inspections Include:

Inspect and Test Emergency Shut-Off Valves
Check Water Heater Operation
Check Drainage Systems
